We are seeking an experienced EC Lead Consultant to support our joint implementation of Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will ensure data consistency and referential integrity through standard foundation objects with propagation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization, contributing to both remote and onsite initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Ensure data consistency and referential integrity using standard foundation objects with propagation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align implementation strategies and deliverables.
• Provide expertise in the combined implementation of ECP and Workforce Software.
• Conduct system configuration, customization, and testing to meet project requirements.
• Participate in onsite meetings in Cincinnati as needed (approximately 8 days).
• Offer support and guidance to the project team, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience leading EC work during the joint implementation of EC and ECP.
• In-depth understanding of Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with standard foundation objects and propagation techniques.
• Experience with combined implementations of ECP and Workforce Software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in EC and ECP.
• Experience with remote and onsite project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
