    Teacher Assistant of Exceptional Children

    Exceptional Children Teacher Assistant

    Under supervision, assists teacher to maintain classroom activities and environment for student learning.

    Vacancy availability: August 18, 2026

    Pay Grade: "D" Position Term: 10 month

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Associate degree or 48 semester hours of college level course work.

    OR

    • 96 documented continuing education hours earned AFTER January 8, 2002 AND passing "WorkKeys" assessment scores
