POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The ECEAP Family Services Coordinator implements the social service and parent involvement component of the Early Childhood Assistance Program in accordance with standards and work plan. The ECEAP Family Services Coordinator works well with low-income families registering and participating in the program and supporting their goals and achievements throughout enrollment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Social Science, or related field
May be substituted with at least four years of related work experience
At least two years of experience in Social Work
Passes TB test and a background check
Holds or is eligible for CPR/AED, First Aid, and BBP certifications
Holds Valid Driver's License and vehicle to use in program (mileage reimbursement available)
Ability to form positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds
Proof of MMR vaccination is required for this position.
