VHS is looking for a qualified Echo Sonographer Technician!

• City: Everett/Mount Vernon
• State: WA
• Start Date: 2026-12-01
• End Date: 2027-04-30
• Duration: 5 months with extension options for 1 year periods through April of 2030.
• Shift: Mondays thru Fridays 8am - 4:30pm
• Skills: Echo Sonography (Cardiovascular)
• W2 Pay Rate: $56.00/hr plus 11 Paid Federal Holidays ($58.24 Blended Rate).  There is an additional $5.09/hr paid for Health and Wellness Benefits.  Total Pay Package of $63.33/hr.
• Description: 
  • Echo Tech will spend up to 1 month orienting. 
  • No vascular work required. 
  • Candidate must be experienced and can interpret and do reports.
  • Primarily cardiovascular and stress tests. 
  • Ideally, looking for someone who has trained in the Seattle Region and are local to the area. 
  • The first year the Echo Tech will work strictly at the Everett location, and then eventually spend 1-2 days per week in Mount Vernon.
• Certification Requirements: 
• Current RCDS Certification through ARDMS
• Candidate may not use CCI Certification in lieu of ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)
• Excellent Hospital experience including writing their own reports post imaging (must do own reporting).
• Highly prefer local candidates only with long-term commitment.
