Responsibilities
Execute ECHO procedures and operations with precision to meet targets.
Maintain accurate daily activity and pipeline updates for visibility.
Achieve individual quotas while contributing to team goals.
Document and report key metrics to monitor progress and trends.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Identify opportunities for growth within the territory through research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend training sessions and apply new skills to improve outcomes.
Represent the company professionally in client interactions and field visits.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven ability to perform ECHO procedures with accuracy and speed.
Accurate daily activity, pipeline, and KPI updates for visibility.
Meet or exceed individual quotas while supporting team targets.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.
Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
Document and report key metrics to monitor progress and trends.
Proactively seek feedback and implement efficiency improvements.
Research territory opportunities to identify growth prospects.
