This position plays a key role in providing high-quality, diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care and clinical decision-making.

    Position Highlights

    Core Responsibilities

    Gather patient information to ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed.

    Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively, producing high-quality echocardiographic images.

    Provide a comfortable, reassuring experience for patients throughout each procedure.

    Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, capturing additional views as needed.

    Perform quality assurance checks on imaging equipment.

    Follow established workflow protocols for patient verification, image documentation, and system integrity.

    Support other team members and clinical areas as needed to ensure seamless care delivery.

    Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited medical sonography program.

    Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a certified Echo Ultrasound Technologist.

    Willingness to float between multiple locations within Metro Detroit.

    Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and positioning patients and equipment.

    Strong teamwork, communication, and patient interaction skills.

    Commitment to accuracy, documentation, and operational workflow compliance.
