Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Facility: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.”
Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.
Shift & Scheduling:
Forty hours per week, 8 or 10 hour days, and call and weekend coverage required.
Weekend rotation: yes, discussed during interview, done in rotation with other staff
Call rotation: typically, 1 night per week (preferred only)
Holiday Expectations: Considered part of weekend/call rotation (preferred only)
Floating Requirements: Floating within EMMC only
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
