Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Professional, you will provide highly specialized critical care and life support to patients with severe cardiac or respiratory failure, ensuring the optimal function of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation systems.
Every day you will expertly manage ECMO circuits, monitor patient physiological parameters, troubleshoot technical issues, and meticulously collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver continuous, compassionate, and life-sustaining support.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding clinical expertise, strong critical thinking skills, and a vigilant, calm demeanor, contributing significantly to positive outcomes for the most critically ill patients.
