We are seeking an ECN Analyst I to support engineering change management, part registration, documentation, and approval processes within a technical manufacturing organization.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate with strong analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a business-related bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on exposure to SAP through professional experience, internships, co-ops, or other relevant work.
The ECN Analyst will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and other business teams to ensure engineering changes and part information are accurately documented, approved, tracked, and implemented.
Administer and maintain the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and associated systems.
Support the registration, approval, compliance, and ongoing management of spare parts and related records.
Process and track engineering change requests through approval and implementation workflows.
Monitor ECN activity to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly updated.
Maintain accurate part, engineering, and change-control information in applicable systems.
Ensure documentation complies with established document-control and change-management procedures.
Generate and distribute reports covering ECN status, approvals, cycle times, implementation progress, and compliance.
Communicate engineering change status and implementation requirements to affected departments.
Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and other functional teams.
Review information for discrepancies and resolve documentation or data issues.
Assist with process improvements related to engineering change management, document control, and workflow efficiency.
Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
0–3 years of professional experience.
Previous internship, co-op, or other relevant hands-on business or technical experience is strongly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve documentation issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow established processes and procedures.
Stable work history preferred.
