What You''ll Do

As our ECO Solo Operator, you''ll be the master of your machine. You''ll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isn''t just running a machine - you''re solving problems, optimizing performance, and playing a key role in our production success.

Main responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
• Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
• Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
• Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance

What We''re Looking For

Experience That Matters:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
• Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we''ll train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
