    Description

    About The Role

    The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for managing performance analytics for the eCommerce Unit, including identifying trends and patterns in data as well as delivering insights on behavior. As a key member of the eCommerce Analytics team, the eCommerce Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with business partners and leadership, assisting with strategizing and building out eCommerce campaign analyses into actionable insights and creating dashboards that track progress toward goal achievement.

    They are an action-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills, able to quickly comprehend and adapt to emerging priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

    What Youll Need

    • Proven experience in a marketing role that includes campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
    • 2-4 years of experience with process development, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience with Web Analytics, DOMO, Asana, Tableau, Salesforce a plus
    • Bachelors degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business or related field
