The Inside Sales Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with an established distributor network within the celebration industry primarily through remote communication channels. The AM will execute sales plans, develop programs to increase product placement andshare of shelf and identify opportunities to drive incremental growth. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while leveraging strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to deliver solutions that grow the overall business. The AM will present Everyday and Seasonal new product programs to distributor commercial teams, assist in forecasting, and develop business plans in collaboration with distributors. The AM will coordinate sales efforts with internal departments, maintaining a customer-first, can-do attitude. Success in this role will be measured by increased customer satisfaction, market share growth, and achievement of sales goals. This position is office-based with minimal travel and occasional participation in trade shows and as needed.

Salary Range:$100,000-$130,000
