We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Ecommerce Coordinator to manage program verification, customer-facing communications, and CRM operations in support of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Program as well as general marketing needs across the ecommerce team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable managing both administrative and campaign-related tasks. The position is full-time, hourly, and based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

ABH Pro Program

  • Review customer submissions to check for program eligibility.
  • Tag customers in Shopify to ensure they receive the correct site experience.
  • Manage email and SMS operations to support membership renewal.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Pro Program in a timely and professional manner.
CRM Coordination
  • Support the development and coordination of campaign briefs for customer-facing communications across global digital commerce platforms.
  • Help ensure alignment across Education, Creative, Ecommerce, CRM, and Social teams.
  • Manage campaign timelines and workflows by tracking deliverables, following up with cross-functional partners, and ensuring creative and editorial assets are delivered on time.
  • Assist with the quarterly CRM report card by compiling global performance data across channels.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, customer operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, education, social, and CRM teams.
  • Experience with Shopify, email/SMS marketing tools, and CRM reporting is a plus.
  • Candidates must be based in Los Angeles and able to meet in-person at the Studio as needed.
