Location-Type: Hybrid (NYC onsite- 3 days onsite, Tue-Thur)

Compensation Range: $28-31/hour W2

Job Description:
Support day-to-day ecommerce operations by executing site updates, managing product and content uploads, and supporting promotions and reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Perform site updates including uploading images, content, and new products in Shopify
  • Create and support ecommerce promotions built by the broader team
  • Manage content uploading and product tagging across supporting platforms
  • Work directly within ecommerce and UGC platforms to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Export data using Excel and populate monthly ecommerce performance reports
  • Support tracking, data accuracy, and standard ecommerce operational needs
  • Collaborate closely with ecommerce leadership and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
  • Must-Haves:
    • Minimum of 2 years of ecommerce or digital operations experience
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify (product creation, site updates, uploads)
    • Experience exporting and working with data in Excel
    • Exposure to Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Positive, eager attitude with the ability to move quickly and pivot
    • Background in CPG (industry flexible; beauty experience not required)
    • Experience supporting promotions, content platforms, or UGC tools
