About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who will serve as a key point of contact for our customers while supporting our internal sales team. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and sales support.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems
Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally
Support sales team with order coordination and account management
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Manage customer communication through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
Assist with outbound outreach and lead generation
Research and compile prospect lists
Build strong customer relationships and improve retention
Work with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve issues
Assist with reporting and tracking customer/sales activity

Requirements
2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
