eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Summary:

Assist the manager in Sales Administration in the following areas: Sales Promotional claim validation and processing, Sales MDF program analysis, Sales Related chargeback resolution, and various special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of online orders.
  • Analyze order data across client and partner systems to detect and address inaccuracies and risks, proactively manage exceptions and their resolutions, and maintain an accurate picture of all orders in the pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, supply chain, customer support, and technical product teams to address customer, logistical, technical, and payment-related issues.
  • Identify customer pain points across the product delivery & installation lifecycle and drive process improvements and technical product development to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop & own volume forecasting for our logistics partners for capacity planning purposes.
  • Measure & develop key performance metrics to maintain operational excellence and identify strategies for improvement.
  • Directs the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production, and distribution of the company's products.
  • Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules, and distributing their duties.
  • Determine employment requirements, conduct interviews, and hire prospective employees.
  • An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees.
  • Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers.
  • Responsible for managing the performance of the employees, such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifying goods and services to be sold.
  • Supervise the remodeling of the current amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.
  • Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years relevant experience in fulfillment or eCommerce business operations
  • Experience with Alteryx & Tableau software is a strong advantage
  • High volume eCommerce order management experience preferred
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
