Conduct appropriate testing for all jewelry such as precious metal, gemstones and diamonds to accurately determine composition and value. Assess merchandise quality and condition and determine the most appropriate disposition in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Research and accurately describe specialty and higher‑value items, applying market knowledge and keyword optimization to maximize visibility and sale value. Consistently meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks while maintaining high standards of evaluation and documentation. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace that supports accuracy and productivity. Adhere to all eCommerce, safety, and operational policies established by Goodwill North Central Texas. Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership.
