We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Ecommerce Listings & Data Quality Analyst to support and optimize a multi-marketplace ecommerce operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, consistent, and fully optimized across various online marketplaces (excluding Amazon). The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify and resolve listing, catalog, and performance issues that impact sales and operational efficiency.

Working closely with the Marketplace/Sales Manager, you will analyze product data, monitor marketplace performance, troubleshoot listing issues, and help improve systems and workflows that support scalable ecommerce growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit product listings to verify accurate product information, pricing, images, attributes, and content.
  • Maintain listing integrity by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete data.
  • Ensure listings comply with marketplace requirements and internal standards.
  • Perform regular quality assurance reviews of product catalogs.
  • Analyze product, sales, and marketplace performance data across multiple ecommerce platforms.
  • Extract, organize, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across various systems and marketplaces.
  • Compare and validate product information across multiple marketplaces to ensure consistency.
  • Identify and investigate missing, duplicated, suppressed, or improperly configured listings.
  • Ensure product data synchronization between internal systems and external sales channels.
  • Monitor catalog health and proactively address listing discrepancies.
  • Track SKU-level performance and identify underperforming products.
  • Collaborate with management to implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot backend listing, inventory, and catalog-related issues.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems and integrations.
  • Support the development of processes that improve listing accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and process automation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ecommerce operations, catalog management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced functions, lookups, filtering, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and errors quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Target Plus, or similar channels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in multi-channel or multi-marketplace ecommerce environments.
  • Understanding of ecommerce KPIs, marketplace performance metrics, and product visibility optimization.
