IDR is seeking a eCommerce Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves overseeing online retail operations, optimizing processes, and supporting growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Position Overview for the eCommerce Manager:

• Manage daily eCommerce store operations to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
• Lead product launches, inventory management, and merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support omnichannel retail initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Support inbound shipments, order fulfillment, and logistics planning to enhance supply chain efficiency

Requirements for the eCommerce Manager:

• Ecommerce or Retail Store Operations Experience
• Experience supporting product launches, inventory management, and merchandising
• Strong knowledge of store operations and order fulfillment processes
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven track record supporting customer experience and optimizing online retail channels
