ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to help execute across our website and retention channels. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role - you'll be coordinating landing page builds, setting up promotions, scheduling email and SMS campaigns, and keeping everything running on time. You'll be reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Retention & E-Commerce and will work closely with our UX designer and developer to bring things to life on-site, so technical skills aren't required - but strong organization, clear communication, and an eye for detail are a must. 

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Coordinate the build and QA of landing pages and campaign pages, working closely with our designer and developer to ensure accurate, on-brand execution
  • Set up and manage promotions, discount codes, and products in Shopify
  • Schedule and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and/or Attentive - formatting, QA, and sending on time
  • Own the site calendar: keep seasonal updates, promotions, and product launches organized and on schedule
  • Handle day-to-day Shopify updates: collections, navigation, and basic content changes
  • Monitor and report on core site metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, add-to-cart) - flag anomalies and bring a point of view on what the data is telling us
  • Assist with A/B test coordination and contribute ideas for what to test
  • Handle day-to-day Shopify updates and look for opportunities to improve the customer experience along the way

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar coordinator role
  • Familiarity with Shopify - comfortable navigating the back end
  • Experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive, or a comparable email/SMS platform
  • Naturally analytical - you're comfortable in GA4 or Shopify Analytics, curious about why metrics move, and use data to inform your work
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail - you catch mistakes before they go live and keep multiple workstreams on track
  • A clear, proactive communicator who works well across creative and technical teams
