Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an eCommerce Sales Executive on behalf of a growing technology and digital solutions organization that helps businesses improve customer experiences, online operations, and digital growth initiatives. This direct-hire opportunity is based in Beaverton, Oregon, with an onsite work environment and potential hybrid flexibility depending on business needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The eCommerce Sales Executive will focus on developing new client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business opportunities through relationship-building, outreach efforts, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand business objectives and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, including forecasting, follow-up activities, and CRM documentation
• Partner with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, solution recommendations, and client onboarding activities
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders while serving as a trusted business advisor
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to support business growth initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in consultative sales, business development, account management, or client-facing technology and professional services environments
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage opportunities, and achieve performance goals
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and writing skills
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support client success
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers anticipated annual compensation ranging from approximately $125,000 to $200,000+ through a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives.
