Support economic and financial analysis of utility networks by evaluating CAPEX, OPEX, lifecycle costs, and investment decisions to improve cost efficiency, resilience, and service performance
Key Responsibilities • Data Assessment: Identify data gaps, assess data quality, and recommend improvements for cost analysis • Benchmarking: Analyze CAPEX, OPEX, and maintenance costs; benchmark against international utilities; identify efficiency gaps • Techno-Economic Analysis: Evaluate Security of Supply Standards (SoSS), resilience, and service levels; assess cost vs reliability trade-offs • Value Engineering: Conduct lifecycle cost analysis; identify cost-saving design and material alternatives • Standards & Specifications: Perform cost-benefit analyses for new technologies and standards; support investment decisions • Digital Tools Support: Develop cost models and support investment prioritization tools
