About the Opportunity:
The Economic Development Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of Washington County's Economic Development Program. Responsibilities include managing the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) program, overseeing Strategic Investment Plan agreements, and distributing County-allocated funds to partner organizations that support the County's economic development goals. The role also provides economic development technical support to Washington County's small cities and convenes economic development professionals from all cities within the County.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, social sciences, an applied research-related field, or other related field (Finance, Public Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Public Policy, Economics, and Community Development are considered to be related to this position); AND Three (3) years of pertinent professional experience related to the specific program area of responsibility. Experience must include responsibility for the oversight and evaluation of program activities and at least two (2) years of work experience in a project, program, or team lead or supervisory role. OR
Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, social sciences, an applied research-related field, or other related field (Finance, Public Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Public Policy, Economics, and Community Development are considered to be related to this position); AND Five (5) years of relevant professional experience related to the specific program area of responsibility.
