Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience with product management, product ownership, business analysis, or project management;
- Experience with financial and data analysis.
Preferred:- PMP Certification;
- Experience with construction, energy industry, and/or supply chain;
- Experience with digital transformation, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Manage a portfolio of assigned products and solutions from initial discovery through development, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement;
- Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations;
- Collaborate closely with software developers, IT, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver scalable, best-in-class solutions;
- Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, gather feedback, and ensure products deliver measurable value;
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement;
- Conduct business-process analysis and technology assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development.
