ED Flow Coordinator

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an ED Flow Coordinator for night shifts to optimize patient flow within our emergency department. In this onsite role, you will coordinate triage priorities, bed placement, and admissions/discharges to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary teams to manage throughput, reduce wait times, and align staffing with patient volume. The position requires strong clinical judgment, ED experience, and proficiency with EHR and bed management systems.
