What We're Looking For

Active California RN License

Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience

Previous Charge Nurse, Nurse Lead, or Supervisor experience

Current BLS Certification

Current Epic EMR experience (Required)

Strong leadership, staffing, and team coordination skills

What You'll Do

• Lead Emergency Department operations during your shift

• Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow

• Provide hands-on clinical support when needed

• Mentor and coach nursing staff

• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

• Promote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
