An EDI Analyst is responsible for new customer setups as well as maintaining and troubleshooting current EDI communications. In addition to EDI support, this candidate will assist in supporting other enterprise applications currently utilized by the organization. The EDI Analyst will be a part of a team supporting all phases of the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's EDI platform.
Responsibilities:
Create new EDI maps.
Troubleshoot EDI errors.
Communicate with customers regarding EDI changes.
Support various aspects of the ERP application.
Support other enterprise business applications.
Participation in all phases of testing.
Perform testing and thoroughly document issues.
Work with the technical and development team to resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
Create and review documented materials for accuracy.
Assist in end user training and support.
Willingness to learn the needs of the organization and implement EDI to gain efficiency.
Ability to successfully multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
Other relevant tasks as assigned.
