Join a team supporting a high-volume EDI environment within a legacy ERP ecosystem. You'll bring deep expertise in Application Integrator to a role focused on developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI integrations, while playing a key part in onboarding new customers and suppliers to the platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, configure, and maintain EDI maps using Application Integrator Workbench
- Configure trading partner connectivity and communications using Application Integrator Trade Guide
- Support and troubleshoot production EDI transactions, providing Tier 2 support for complex issues
- Analyze and resolve EDI mapping, connectivity, and transaction failures
- Assist with onboarding new customers and suppliers to the EDI platform, while collaborating with business and technical teams on requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and supporting EDI solutions using the Application Integrator EDI Server
- Hands-on expertise with Workbench and Trade Guide
- Strong understanding of EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and production support
- Experience troubleshooting complex EDI issues in a production environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
