Position Overview::The EDI & Integration Architect is a senior role in Argon’s Enterprise Applications group, responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Argon’s electronic data interchange (EDI) and system-to-system integrations across the enterprise. This role owns the integration landscape that connects Argon’s ERP (QAD) with internal and external platforms—including Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and trading-partner and cloud gateways—and serves as the technical liaison between internal business teams, trading partners, and third-party managed-service and software vendors as it relates to electronic partner transactions.
This position tracks EDI and integration performance, analyzes trends, identifies gaps within processes and data flows, leads root-cause analysis and error-handling strategy, and takes or directs appropriate action to implement reliable, well-documented, standards-compliant solutions that positively impact Argon’s manufacturing and distribution operations.
