Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time EDI & Logistics Coordinator for a growing consumer products company in Lawrenceville, GA. This role supports shipping and logistics operations for major retail accounts and works closely with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time deliveries. Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PMLocation: Lawrenceville, GA 30043 RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversee daily shipping operations including scheduling, routing, and carrier coordination• Prepare and manage shipments to major retail customers while adhering to routing guides, labeling requirements, and compliance standards• Process and maintain EDI transactions and UCC-128 labels• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure shipment accuracy and on-time delivery• Monitor carrier performance and resolve shipping and transportation issues• Maintain shipping documentation and customer compliance records• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to shipping efficiency and accuracy while helping identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs SKILLS REQUIRED:• Minimum 2 years of EDI, shipping, logistics, or retail compliance experience• Experience shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, PetSmart, or similar customers• Strong understanding of routing guides, EDI transactions, UCC-128 labels, and customer compliance requirements• Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or retail fulfillment environment• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently• Proficiency with shipping systems, freight coordination, and logistics processes, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL carrier platforms• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems• Bilingual English/Spanish WHY WORK FOR QUALIFIED STAFFING?• Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, vacation, holiday pay, and 401(k)• One application gives you access to hundreds of job opportunities• No fees for applicants APPLY NOW TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW TODAY!
