EDI Transactions Specialist

We're looking for an EDI Transactions Specialist to join our dynamic team and help power the data flows that drive our energy operations. In this role, you'll monitor, analyze, and manage critical inbound and outbound data files, helping ensure seamless communication between us, our suppliers, and utilities.

You'll be the go-to problem solver for enrollment and billing file issues, a key partner to our Utility Relations and Billing Transactions teams, and a trusted contributor to keeping everything on track-accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to support customer enrollment and billing workflows for ResidentShield Power

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve enrollment or billing issues

• Investigate and resolve file exceptions to ensure accurate and timely data processing

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• One year of experience in data processing, transaction support, or a related administrative or operations role

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy

• Basic problem-solving and data review skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately

• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to process changes

• General understanding of customer enrollment or billing workflows preferred

Ideal to Have:

• Experience working with electronic data systems or customer account management tools preferred

• Familiarity with EDI transactions or the retail energy industry a plus
