Description

  • Lead and manage e-discovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee data collection, processing, review, and production processes in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing project-related inquiries.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize e-discovery tools and technologies effectively to manage project workflows and data.
  • Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes for transparency and future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on e-discovery best practices and tools.
