• Oversee the creation and delivery of daily devotionals and podcasts to grow our subscriber base by 20% within the first year.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and digital teams to amplify content reach and optimize engagement strategies across platforms.
• Implement data-driven content auditing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, enhancing audience retention and satisfaction.
• Establish and track key content performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders for ongoing strategy refinement.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Theology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital content trends, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
