Position - Editorial & Content Communications Associate  
Duration – 5 months
Pay Range – $40 - $45/hr on W2
Location – San Bruno, CA (Hybrid)

 
Job Duties
The Content & Media Operations team is a cross-functional internal content production team that produces internal and external Help Center articles and visuals embedded in various Client platforms. This content resolves user issues and explains complex topics. As a Editorial & Content Communications Associate, you will oversee written Help Center articles from concept development to final delivery. You will write drafts, drive milestone completion, manage timelines,and communicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Write, create, deliver, and manage written educational content.
- Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
- Write support and educational Help Center articles for Client products.
- Manage the full lifecycle of written content projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners (e.g., production companies, agencies, creators) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure all written content meets Client's quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Minimum role qualifications requirement:
- 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
