You have a passion for pop culture, music, and associated content.SUMMARY The Editorial Production & Operations team seeks an energetic, results-driven Editorial Producer to own and execute on music campaigns and programs. Our team defines and creates an efficient production process in collaboration with our partner teams across Client. This contingent role provides day-to-day support of Client Music programs and campaigns, including management of the production of our global music priorities. The role may require work at times outside of standard business hours, including on-call scheduled weekend support.DESCRIPTION Responsible for the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables. Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied. Providing support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed. Builds positive relationships across the Client Music ecosystem, collaborates with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward. Reporting to the leadership team, creation of executive summaries. Exhibits proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution. Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces. Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
