Job Overview

The EDRS Adoption & Support Analyst will support the adoption of electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers, providing onboarding, enrollment, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This role will work closely with internal program teams and external healthcare stakeholders to help facilities successfully establish access, incorporate electronic reporting into their workflows, and resolve account or process-related issues.

Job Duties

  • Assist with the analysis and management of facility setup in PAVRMS.
  • Review current EDRS usage and tailor outreach strategies based on facility adoption levels, including minimal, moderate, and “almost there” adoption rates.
  • Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities to understand reporting workflows and recommend strategies to support electronic reporting.
  • Communicate findings and potential issues to the team lead and Quality Assurance/Testing team for additional assistance.
  • Assist external stakeholders, including facility administrators and healthcare personnel, with establishing and recovering SSO credentials.
  • Assist external stakeholders with linking SSO credentials to PAVRMS accounts.
  • Support EDRS onboarding and enrollment activities for physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Troubleshoot enrollment and account-access issues and assist users in successfully accessing EDRS.
  • Assist with password resets and account unlocks as requested.
  • Report application defects encountered during user support activities and escalate potential deficiencies to the team lead.
  • Refer external stakeholders to appropriate training and technical support resources.
  • Maintain working knowledge of SSO and EDRS account request procedures.
  • Understand business requirements and facility workflows to provide effective instructional and end-user support.
  • Provide recommendations to help healthcare facilities incorporate EDRS into existing workflows.
  • Conduct additional outreach and awareness activities as needed to facilitate EDRS enrollment and adoption.
  • Provide basic end-user support and process management assistance as required.
  • Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday.
  • Submit weekly personal status reporting through SharePoint by COB Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or End-User Support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
