Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in driving growth for education technology solutions within the B2B market, focusing on go-to-market strategy and execution. The individual will lead cross-functional initiatives to empower next-generation learners and boost sales performance through diverse channels. Success requires a deep understanding of B2B and channel GTM, coupled with strong analytical and collaborative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive field execution of go-to-market strategies by aligning cross-functional teams, enabling partners, and ensuring consistent engagement with target customer segments to accelerate growth.
  • Identify opportunities for new growth and own the end-to-end roll out of key initiatives to support business growth.
  • Act as a GTM overlay, supporting team members in managing program progress and providing a holistic view.
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish frameworks that deliver pipeline growth across offerings.
  • Develop and execute plans with Channel/Reseller Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to deliver sales goals.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B Go-to-Market strategies, particularly with reseller and direct channels.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and diverse geographical regions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
Industry Experience:
  • High-tech, Software, or Management Consulting experience is required. Channel/reseller experience is a plus.
