Primary lead for financial education, communications, and content management to ensure alignment across FCI, the family and the family system. Engage clients through content to foster development, high satisfaction with FCI, and responsible stewards of wealth now and for generations to come.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and facilitate robust financial educational framework and curriculum for several age groups, spanning early childhood through early adulthood. Education format includes presentation materials, games, videos, and/or in-person events and workshopsLead communications strategy, including creating, writing, and editing content, and ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all materialsProactively develop and maintain content library and content calendars, including presentation materials, thought leadership articles, videos, podcasts, and other website materialsCoordinate and centralize client communication across all FCI departments and in conjunction with other family entities where applicableFacilitate and coordinate implementation of website updates and ensure branding (look and feel) of content is consistent in everything we distributePartner with client-facing colleagues to prepare, coordinate, and at times, deliver content to clients across investments, financial planning, charitable, trust and estate, and taxReview content to leverage existing library and materials and refine it to incorporate into broader strategyDevelop engagement strategies based on generational needs and differences to ensure FCI is always primary advisor they want to work withDevelop feedback mechanism to continue to ensure content is relevant and resonating with clientsQUALIFICATIONS7–15+ years of communications, investor relations, or education in a Family Office or Multi-Family Office / private wealth / wealth management setting preferredDemonstrated strong writing and editorial judgment with discretion & confidentialityExperience developing, creating, and facilitating educational or training curriculumExperience with Executive-level materials and multi-stakeholder communicationProven success in designing and executing comprehensive communications strategies and marketing plans that align with organizational goalsStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across departments, fostering alignment and integrated communication effortsBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or MarketingProficiency with digital media, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools to enhance the digital presence and audience engagementPROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTESEmotionally intelligent, trustworthy, creative, and grounded in humilityA collaborative and strategic thought partner with a proactive, hands-on approachExceptional judgment and interpersonal skills, with a service mindset and commitment to discretionComfortable operating with ambiguity in a complex, multi-stakeholder environmentAble to earn the trust of peers and a diverse set of stakeholders with authenticityExceptionally organized and driven to manage multiple priorities seamlesslyA skilled storyteller with the ability to craft compelling narratives that communicate the organization's mission and valuesConsistently meets deadlines and prioritizes tasks effectively, working well under pressure to produce timely, high-quality outputsQuickly acquires, understands, and conveys complex information in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner, tailoring messaging to resonate with diverse audiencesDISCLAIMERFCI does not maintain a public-facing website, as the organization operates as a private family wealth management office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
