The Education Department at Waldorf University has an immediate opening for an Office, Records/Compliance Assistant supporting the department, faculty, and students. This position works closely with Education Department faculty, the Licensure Officer, and the Clinical & Student Teaching Coordinator. This role is central to ensuring successful student advising, acceptance into the Teacher Education Program, placement in student teaching, graduation readiness, and student success in securing teaching positions after graduation. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and enjoy records management and administrative coordination. This position is scheduled for approximately 30–32 hours per week year-round during regular business hours. Responsibilities
