Education/Healthcare Account Executive

Cash-Wa Distributing, a Division of Performance Food Group (PFG), is seeking a motivated and results-driven Education/Healthcare Account Executive to manage and grow a sales territory of foodservice customers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, uncovering customer needs, and developing solutions that help businesses thrive.
What Youll Do
- Manage and grow an established foodservice sales territory.
- Develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls to achieve and exceed sales and gross profit goals.
- Create and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts.
- Present products, programs, and value-added solutions that support customer success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and manufacturer representatives to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop bids, pricing recommendations, and menu solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers businesses and delivering exceptional service.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
- Ability to travel in the Tri-State area (ND, MN, and SD) 75% of time with some overnight travel required. Must reside in ND, North Western MN, or Eastern SD.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM tools, laptops, and sales reporting systems.
- Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR and insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Sales, Dietetics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience selling foodservice products and solutions.
- Experience working in a sales or similar role in schools or healthcare
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
