Overview:

Responsible for the support and delivery of education initiatives and courses.   The role includes but is not limited to the scheduling, logistics, and communication of training classes, as well as the support of a variety of employee/leadership development initiatives offered to the hospital workforce.  Also responsible for supporting workforce development education through data entry and reporting in the Learning Management System.  Responsible for other duties related to education as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:  BS degree from an accredited college or university required.  Education, training, marketing or human resources background preferred. 

 

Experience:  Previous training, education, consulting or process improvement experience with adult learners required.  Healthcare experience preferred. 

 

Additional Skills/Abilities: 

  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Computer expertise required.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and writing skills; with comfort level in public speaking.
