MATERIALS Valid California Education Specialist Mild/Moderate Credential w/ Autism, California EL Authorization, or CLAD certificate required. Bilingual authorization desirable. Attached credential copy must include DETAILED credential information including the document number, authorization code, authorization description, issue date and expiration date. Such copies can be obtained using the link provided to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website through the "Secured Search" option "SUITABLE FOR FRAMING" VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 1. Go to the http;//www.ctc.ca.gov 2. Click on Search for an Educator 3. Click on Secured Search 4. Enter SS number and birth date 5. Click on the credential needed, print and scan it to EdJoin application PLEASE ATTACH TO EDJOIN APPLICATION • Credential Copy (DETAILED - NON EXPIRED copy from CTC as described above) • Resume • Exam Results: CSET, Basic Skills Requirement (i.e., CBEST), RICA, etc.(if applicable) • Copy of EL Authorization or CLAD certificate • Letter of Introduction • Three current letters of recommendation, within last three years (must be dated and signed - NO electronic signatures)

The Educational Specialist, Mild-Moderate teacher performs adjunct duties and job responsibilities necessary to the successful operation of the school and district.
