Job Description The Paraprofessional assists the classroom teacher in delivering curriculum, managing the classroom, and providing direct support to students. This role involves working with students individually and in small groups, assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing learned concepts, and helping to maintain a positive and organized learning environment. The paraprofessional supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.
