Education Support Specialist

We are now hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Education Support Specialist to support our growing educational programs for tax professionals nationwide. This role combines customer support, LMS administration, reporting, and data management to help deliver high-quality bilingual education experiences.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working with technology and educational systems.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Duties:
  • Reporting & Tracking
  • Report education hours to the IRS and CTEC
  • Track rejected education hours and contact clients to resolve issues
  • Create and maintain course codes
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support
  • Create and update LMS course information
  • Build course shells and upload educational content
  • Create e-books and upload questions into question banks
  • Connect and quality-check course materials
  • Support students and clients with education-hour inquiries
  • Troubleshoot course access and technical issues
  • Assist call center teams with support calls and chats as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Comfortable learning and using LMS platforms and customer service software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage large documents and basic Excel formulas
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
  • Degree in computer science or programming
