Educational Assistant - DeForest Area Middle School

DeForest Area School District is located just ten miles northeast of Madison in Dane County. We offer outstanding facilities and a competitive salary. This is a school year position working 4.75 hours per day on days when school is in session. The current location is DeForest Area Middle School and the current schedule is 11:15 am - 4:00 pm. (subject to change based on need)

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to meet the social, academic, and personal needs of students. Duties may include working one-on-one with students; assist with student testing and grading; supervise students in classrooms, libraries, lunchrooms, during recess, and on field trips; monitor student behavior and safety; maintain office/classroom supplies.
