Educational Assistant - PAVE Program (Anticipated Opening 2026-2027 School Year)

Foxborough High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to join our Special Education team in our 18-22 year old, transitional program. The ideal candidate will work closely with special education teachers and other support staff to provide vocational support at job sites in the community as well as academic, behavioral, and social support to students with learning differences in a resource room setting. This role is essential in promoting an equitable learning environment where all students can achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in our 18-22-year-old program on various job sites in the community to ensure they are gaining essential skills needed to transition to independence
• Reinforce learning concepts introduced by teachers through additional practice and review.
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, resource rooms, and during extracurricular activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the special education teacher or school administration.
