EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT (ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Villa Bella Expeditionary (VBE) is a newer K-8th District 70 charter school. VBE will use an Expeditionary Learning/professional development curriculum and Illustrative Mathematics. Staff will have the opportunity to be part of a new and growing organization that will require immense work, entrepreneurship, and creativity. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of the education assistant is to assist, support, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members to provide a high-quality instructional program that continuously improves student achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification: Colorado Educator License with Special Education Generalist endorsement
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
Must be Highly Qualified (Highly Qualified is defined as having 48 college credit hours from an accredited college or university, having successfully passed the Work Keys Test or Praxis Test for Paraprofessionals, OR having an associate degree or higher)ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSABILITES:
