Job Description Parish Hill MiddleHigh School is seeking an organized energetic and compassionate paraprofessional for special education classroom support. The paraprofessional works under the supervision of a certified teacher to support students during whole class and small group instruction as well as guiding individual students to reinforce reading writing and math skills. The paraprofessional will also assist with record-keeping to document student learning and progress. Paraprofessionals assist with behavior management to minimize disruption and ensure students are on task.
