Intervention Specialist (Paraprofessional)

At LEARN Transition Academy, we believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to live, work, learn, and participate as independently as possible in their community. Our transition program serves students ages 18-22 through individualized instruction focused on employment readiness, independent living, self-advocacy, communication, and meaningful community engagement.
We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Intervention Specialists who are passionate about helping young adults gain the skills, confidence, and experiences needed for life beyond school.
