Job Description
Putnam High School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable individual to join our team as a Special Education Paraeducator. This full-time position supports students with a wide range of learning needs, providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance both in and out of the classroom. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to helping students succeed, work collaboratively with teachers and specialists, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role requires a high degree of patience, empathy, and the ability to follow instructional and behavioral plans as directed by certified staff. Candidates should be comfortable supporting students individually and in small groups, adapting to changing student needs, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

RATE OF PAY $20.36 - $22.50 per hour - based on contractual requirements
